Business Development Executive - F&B

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven BDM to expand our client base, increase revenue and ensure client satisfaction. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing all events and services related to catering.

Responsabilities:

  • Act as a liaison between the catering team and clients.
  • Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with clients.
  • Manage the catering sales process from beginning to end, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as culinary and operations to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns to promote catering services.
  • Keep detailed records and reports of sales and marketing efforts.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to maintain visibility and establish new contacts.

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a BDM or similar role
  • Knowledge of food and beverage trends and best practices
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management or relevant field
