We are looking for a motivated and results-driven BDM to expand our client base, increase revenue and ensure client satisfaction. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing all events and services related to catering.
Responsabilities:
- Act as a liaison between the catering team and clients.
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Manage the catering sales process from beginning to end, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to stay ahead of the curve.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service.
- Collaborate with other departments such as culinary and operations to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns to promote catering services.
- Keep detailed records and reports of sales and marketing efforts.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to maintain visibility and establish new contacts.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a BDM or similar role
- Knowledge of food and beverage trends and best practices
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management or relevant field
