Business Development Executive (F&B)

Doha, Qatar

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Officer to drive the growth of our gelato brand by expanding distribution channels and supporting brand development. The role combines B2B sales, business development, and brand marketing support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand business with hotels, restaurants, cafes, and distributors.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Actively participate and coordinate with the social media marketing agency to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Manage and support partnerships with online sales platforms (Talabat, Snoonu, Keeta, Deliveroo, Rafeeq, etc.), ensuring optimal product placement, promotions, and visibility.
  • Provide input on brand development strategies and promotions to increase awareness and sales.
  • Track sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to support management with insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven business development or sales experience, preferably in F&B and hospitality industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of Qatar’s HORECA market and online delivery platforms is an advantage.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.
  • Has a valid QID and driving license with own vehicle.
