CTC: 20k-40k per month, including PF + ESI. Negotiable.

Role Overview
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving new patient acquisitions, following up on leads, explaining treatment options, and converting inquiries into consultations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound & outbound calls to prospective patients.
  • Educate clients on available treatments and services.
  • Convert inquiries into clinic visits and consultations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Support marketing campaigns with follow-ups and feedback.
  • Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any field
  • 2 years’ experience in sales, tele-sales, or customer service (healthcare/wellness/retail background preferred).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Comfortable working with targets and incentives.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
