About the Role
Blue Coral Trading & Services is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Doha. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base, building strong business relationships, and promoting our services across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, and client outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales targets and company goals.
- Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and agreements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
- Utilize social media platforms to promote company services and engage with potential clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Support management in planning and executing promotional campaigns and partnership initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Female candidate only (required).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Arabic speaker (required); English proficiency is a plus.
- Valid Qatar Driving License (required).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of social media marketing and online business promotion.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Compensation
- Salary: QAR 5,000–6,000/month, depending on qualifications and interview performance.
- Additional benefits to be discussed during the interview.
