Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive Arabic female only to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role offers an excellent platform for individuals passionate about sales and strategic growth, with the opportunity to utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to optimize outreach and engagement strategies.

Duties

  • Identify and pursue new business leads through market research, networking, and industry events.
  • Develop customized proposals and presentations tailored to prospective clients' needs.
  • Maintain and update client information using CRM software, including Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and follow-up actions.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic plans that align with organizational goals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities or threats.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts for management review.
  • Attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to promote the organization's services.

Experience

  • Proven experience in business development or sales roles within a similar industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or equivalent platforms is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads, negotiate deals, and close deals effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Business development Construction: 5 years (Preferred)

  • Qatari Driving License (Preferred)
