Business Development Executive - Female

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Conduct meetings and presentations to promote company services
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-up with clients
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Maintain sales records and update CRM systems
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Target-driven and self-motivated

Preferred Skills

• Experience in B2B or IT services sales
• Familiarity with lead generation tools and platforms

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
