As part of our expansion across the MENA region, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to support growth across key regional markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development and sales growth across MENA markets
• Build strong relationships and close deals within finance, brokerage, and proprietary trading sectors
• Support onboarding of new clients and provide product guidance
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
• Create engaging social media content, including short videos, memes, and trending digital formats
• Appear confidently on camera and support digital marketing campaigns
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to implement modern, digital-first growth strategies

Requirements

• Currently based in Dubai with legal eligibility to work in the UAE
• Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written)
• Strong knowledge of finance, trading, or crypto markets
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or negotiations
• Comfortable creating digital content and engaging online communities
• Confident, outgoing, self-motivated, and target-driven
• Experience or established connections in MENA markets is a strong advantage
