Location: Nespak Society, Lahore (Near Wapda Town)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Business Development / Bidder professional with 1–3 years of experience on freelancing platforms to handle lead generation, market research, proposal preparation, and bid submissions on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and others. You will also support client relationship management and ensure project success.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate potential leads for freelancing projects
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Prepare proposals and submit bids to maximize project success
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent service
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve project goals

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in business development, bidding, or freelancing platforms
• Hands-on experience with Upwork, Fiverr, or similar platforms
• Strong analytical, research, and communication skills
• Customer-focused with good relationship-building abilities
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is a plus
