We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive with strong experience in generating leads and managing clients through freelance platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and PeoplePerHour. The ideal candidate should be able to identify new business opportunities, craft winning proposals, and maintain excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage company profiles on Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and other freelance platforms.
- Identify, bid, and close projects relevant to company services.
- Write engaging and customized proposals to attract potential clients.
- Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, marketing) to deliver successful projects.
- Track performance metrics such as conversion rate, proposal success ratio, and client retention.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor strategies on freelance platforms.
- Suggest and implement process improvements for better bidding and client communication.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (2–3 years) in business development or online bidding on freelance platforms.
- Excellent English communication and writing skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, web development, or software services.
- Ability to negotiate and handle client queries professionally.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiar with CRM tools or task management software (e.g., ClickUp, Trello, HubSpot) is a plus.
