Job Brief
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to be the front face of our company and drive our growth. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and implementing an effective sales strategy from the ground up. Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Research and identify new business opportunities, including potential markets, growth areas, trends, and customers.
- Generate a strong pool of prospects through various channels like cold calling, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Client Engagement & Nurturing:
- Act as the first point of contact, understanding a prospective client's requirements and suggesting the best possible solutions from our product suite.
- Conduct engaging presentations and product demos for potential clients.
- Perform active and persistent follow-ups with prospects through phone and email to nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
- Sales & Onboarding:
- Work diligently towards company goals to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Develop good relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings.
- Coordinate between the client and our technical team during the client onboarding period to ensure a smooth transition.
- Analysis & Reporting:
- Gather and analyze data regarding competitor pricing and market trends to position our solutions effectively.
- Maintain an up-to-date record of all sales activities, leads, and client feedback in our CRM system.
- Prepare regular analytics and reports for management review.
Candidate Profile
- Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience: 0 - 1 year. Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply!
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory. Must be a polite speaker and a good listener.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
