A self motivated and responsible individual to manage new and existing landlords and help with onboarding of new properties:

• Manage leads and convert them into clients
• Create property forecasts and interact with potential new clients
• Help onboarding new properties (Utility installation, furnishing, registrations, etc.)
• Regular communication and management of existing clients
• Overlook settlements and coordinate with maintenance for property related issues

Skills & Qualifications:

• Must be flexible, forward thinking and a team player with a desire to assist
• Russian speaker is a must
• Valid UAE driving license a must
• Salary will be AED 7,000 and we will provide visa and health insurance, as per the UAE Labour Law plus an uncapped commission structure and transport allowance.
