Business Development Executive-Interior Fit out

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior design and fit-out sector (residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings, networking, and presentations.
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with the design/technical team to provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and exhibitions.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales performance in CRM systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in business development/sales within the interior design, fit-out, or construction industry in the UAE/GCC.
  • Strong network of potential clients, consultants, and contractors (advantage).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • UAE driving license (mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

  • Uae Driving License (Required)
