Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior design and fit-out sector (residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings, networking, and presentations.
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with the design/technical team to provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and exhibitions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales performance in CRM systems.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in business development/sales within the interior design, fit-out, or construction industry in the UAE/GCC.
- Strong network of potential clients, consultants, and contractors (advantage).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- UAE driving license (mandatory).

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
