Job Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and researching new business opportunities and potential clients
- Support the business development team with lead generation and follow-ups
- Help conduct market research on competitor activities and customer needs
- Prepare basic reports, presentations, and proposals
- Participate in client meetings, discussions, and internal brainstorming sessions
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for ongoing projects
- Maintain and update client databases and CRM records
- Assist in preparing daily/weekly business performance updates
- Support problem-solving by providing ideas and suggestions during project tasks
- Contribute creative ideas to improve sales strategies and business expansion plans
