Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate or work independently to define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP).
- Conduct deep market research to identify potential clients in the IT services and software consultancy domain.
- Extract and compile clean, accurate lead data including
- Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, Skrapp, or other cost-effective/free platforms.
- Organize and maintain lead databases in Google Sheets or Excel.
- Ensure all data collection is GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliant.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation for IT service-based companies
- Strong knowledge of tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter.io, Skrapp, etc.
- Ability to generate 500–1000 verified leads daily, leveraging mostly free tools to minimize cost.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with compliance standards including GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRMs or email outreach tools.
- Understanding of IT services and consultancy target personas.
- Prior to remote or freelance work experience.
