Job Overview:
We are an HR consultancy firm seeking a motivated Junior Business Development Executive who has strong communication skills and a confident sales pitch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to potential clients and introduce company services
• Send professional emails to generate new business leads
• Identify and approach potential clients for HR and training services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
• Schedule meetings and follow up with leads
• Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales pitch and convincing ability
• Fluent in English
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Commitment to long-term career growth
