Job Description: Key Account Executive / Business Development Executive (Fire Systems)

Company: Argon Global Fire Systems (AG FAFCO) Location: Doha, Qatar

Job Overview: We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Key Account Executive / Business Development Executive to join our team at AG FAFFCO. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and driving sales growth for our fire alarm and firefighting systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Proactively identify and close new contracts for fire system installations and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
  • Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, from lead generation to contract signing, ensuring consistent monthly targets are met.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on QCDD regulations and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales/business development within the Fire & Safety industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting systems, and QCDD regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Valid Qatari driving license .
  • A "Hunter" mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month

License/Certification:
