About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our maintenance company. The ideal candidate will help grow the business by generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Generate leads and follow up on inquiries
• Support the sales team in pitching services
• Report on sales activities and business development progress

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated and target-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in sales/business development is a plus
