We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing operations, the ability to create effective marketing strategies, and the skills to acquire new clients and build long-term partnerships.
Having experience or exposure to the finance/fintech sector is a plus.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to support client acquisition and retention.
- Understand marketing operations (campaigns, branding, digital ads, social media, analytics) and align them with business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, growth areas, and potential clients.
- Prepare business proposals, pitch decks, and presentations for clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations.
- Contribute to revenue growth plans and quarterly targets.
- (Optional if needed) Assist in finance-related discussions such as budgets, pricing structuring, and ROI-based planning.
