As part of our ongoing expansion, we’re seeking highly motivated and experienced Sales Executives and Sales Managers to join our growing team.

Positions Available

1. Sales Manager – Logistics, Shipping & Transportation
Experience: Min 10 years
Location: [Muscat]

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and secure new customers to expand market share and revenue.

· Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients.

· Understand customer requirements and offer tailored logistics solutions.

· Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and achieve assigned sales targets.

· Coordinate with transport, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.

· Maintain accurate sales reports and update CRM systems regularly.

Candidate Must Have Strong Knowledge Of

· Freight Forwarding: Sea Freight, Air Freight, and Multimodal logistics.

· Transportation: Flatbed, Lowbed, and OOG (Over-Dimensional) Cargo movements.

· Warehouse & Distribution Sales: Storage, handling, and 3PL operations.

· Contract Management: Negotiation and client contract handling.

· Customs Clearance Procedures: Import/export documentation and clearance.

Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.

· Proven experience in logistics, shipping, or transportation sales.

· Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Target-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to travel when required.
