• Conduct sales & ensure that the sales targets are met.
  
• Take accountabilities for all stocks pertaining to the POS and maintain records related to stocks to ensure that there are no stock discrepancies.
  
• Greet customers, identify their needs, direct/brief/assist customers with the products they show interest in, and demonstrate the use of the product.
  
• Answer customer queries, customer complaints while on shift, and ensure that customer complaints are resolved within the time frames set.
  
• Maintain dress code as per brand’s/company’s guidelines. Ensure proper decorum within the area of function which includes speaking politely to each & every customer who visits the POS, not using the phone when there are no customers unless it relates to an official matter/query.
  
• Maintain attendance as per Company Roster & Mall timings/guidelines.
  
• Ensure that products are arranged/displayed as per Brand guidelines.
  
• Maintain knowledge of Brand’s product line up & sales/promotions run by competition within the Mall or in other hyper markets.
  
• Invoicing, receiving and processing cash or credit payment on a daily basis. Ensuring that all cash receivables tally against the sales closed for the day.
  
• Follow up on all watches given for service till these watches are repaired & handed over back to the customer.
  
• Maintain a data base of all customer queries/feedback through systems & analyse/evaluate this data/sales trends on a timely basis to suggest ways of increasing POS sales/productivity with the support of the immediate Supervisor.
