About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with strong experience in Hard Facilities Management within Oman. The ideal candidate will possess excellent market knowledge, strong client relationships, and a proven track record of driving business growth in the FM sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in Hard FM services (MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, maintenance, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and presentations based on client requirements.
- Conduct site visits to understand project scopes and coordinate with internal technical teams.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while managing the sales pipeline effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitors, pricing, and tendering opportunities in Oman.
- Participate in tender submissions, negotiations, and contract finalizations.
- Ensure excellent customer service and follow-up with clients post-project award.
Requirements
- Minimum 4–5 years of sales experience in the Oman market, specifically in Hard Facilities Management.
- Strong understanding of MEP, HVAC, and general building maintenance solutions.
- Existing client network and proven experience in B2B sales.
- A valid Omani driving license is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Experience working with FM companies, maintenance contractors, or engineering service providers in Oman.
