About noon send

noon send is the quick-commerce delivery arm of noon, offering on-demand delivery across the UAE on our own proprietary fleet and last-mile infrastructure. We move parcels for marketplaces, D2C brands, SMEs, and enterprise shippers - at speed, with reliability, and at scale.

What you'll do

Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.

• Identify and prospect potential partners - D2C brands, e-commerce sellers, SMEs, and online marketplaces , across the UAE.
• Run high-volume outbound: cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, email sequences, and walk-ins to generate qualified leads.
• Book and support discovery meetings with senior BDMs; co-lead pitches as you grow.
• Maintain a clean, up-to-date pipeline in CRM and report weekly on activity, conversion, and pipeline health.
• Support proposal preparation, pricing sheets, and onboarding documentation for new partners.
• Coordinate with operations, fleet, and product teams to ensure smooth partner go-live.

What we're looking for

• 1–2 years in sales, business development, account management, or partnerships ideally in logistics, e-commerce, SaaS, FMCG, or fintech.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound and rejection - you bounce back fast.
• Sharp on Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with AI tools
• UAE driving license preferred (you'll be out meeting clients).
