We’re Hiring! Business Development Executive – Real Estate (JOP & Handover Services)

Location: Dubai | Full-Time

Are you experienced in Jointly Owned Property (JOP) management and real estate handovers? Do you have a solid network with developers and an eye for opportunity in Dubai’s competitive real estate market?

We’re looking for a Business Development Executive to drive growth in our JOP management, property management, and unit handover services. You’ll be responsible for building key partnerships, securing new projects, and supporting long-term growth strategies.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive client acquisition for JOP & Property Management
• Secure handover contracts with developers
• Create winning proposals and presentations
• Leverage your network in the real estate industry
• Collaborate with legal, operations & RERA-compliance teams

Requirements:

• 3+ years in real estate business development (UAE)
• Knowledge of JOP Law (Law No. 6 of 2019)
• Strong presentation & communication skills
• UAE driving license is a plus

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
