Overview
DevBeings is hiring a Business Developer to support client acquisition through LinkedIn outreach, cold email, Upwork bidding, and CRM management. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, consistent, and comfortable running daily outreach activities. You will work closely with the founder to help bring new clients, manage pipelines, and schedule meetings through a structured sales system.

Responsibilities

  • Run targeted LinkedIn outreach using approved tools and daily activity limits.
  • Operate cold email campaigns using Instantly or Smartlead.
  • Find, qualify, and organize leads inside HubSpot or Notion CRM.
  • Maintain clean CRM stages including Cold, Warm, Meeting, Proposal, Won, Lost.
  • Schedule meetings through Calendly and handle follow ups.
  • Prepare weekly outreach performance reports.
  • Search, draft, and submit Upwork proposals.
  • Use saved templates, Loom videos, and case studies to send high quality proposals.
  • Identify agency partners and support partnership outreach.
  • Engage with company LinkedIn posts to improve visibility.
  • Assist in preparing basic documentation such as client notes, follow ups, and proposal outlines.
  • Coordinate with the founder on leads, calls, proposals, and deadlines.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum one year of business development, lead generation, or sales experience.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn as a professional outreach platform.
  • Familiarity with Upwork bidding and platform rules.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Notion CRM.
  • Basic understanding of cold email tools such as Instantly or Smartlead.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to follow structured outreach systems with consistency.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet daily and weekly activity targets.

Work Location
This is an on site role based in Q Block, Johar Town, Lahore.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
