Business Development Executive / Personal Assistant

We are currently hiring a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team in a multi-functional role covering Business Development, HR, and Personal Assistant responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Assist in sales strategies and company growth

HR Responsibilities:

  • Handle recruitment and candidate screening
  • Schedule interviews and manage onboarding
  • Maintain employee records and coordination

Personal Assistant:

  • Manage schedules, meetings, and daily tasks
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external clients
  • Assist management in administrative work

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills (English required)
  • Good organizational and multitasking ability
  • Confident, presentable, and proactive attitude
  • Must be currently based in UAE
