We are expanding our sales team and looking for motivated individuals who can bring new clients, build long-term relationships, and counsel clients effectively.

Job Overview

We are hiring a Business Development Executive (Sales) to identify leads, pitch services, close deals, and drive revenue. The ideal candidate should be confident, target-oriented, possess excellent communication and counseling skills, and ideally have an MBA qualification to better understand client needs and business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and contact potential clients via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
  • Present and pitch digital marketing, website, and branding services.
  • Convert hot/warm leads into paying customers.
  • Provide guidance and counsel to clients regarding their business needs and suitable solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Maintain follow-ups, CRM updates, and sales records.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Attend meetings, explain services clearly, and close deals.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English (must).
  • Ability to counsel clients and provide professional guidance.
  • Confidence in sales, client meetings, and negotiation.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing (training will be provided).
  • Target-oriented with the ability to work under deadlines.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Basic computer and CRM handling skills.

Preferred Candidates

  • Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or business development.
  • MBA graduates preferred.
  • Target-driven and confident individuals.
  • Male & female candidates both can apply.
