Business Development Executive | Sales Engineer (Construction Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and key decision-makers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across UAE construction projects.
  • Prepare and deliver technical proposals, presentations, and material submittals.
  • Conduct regular site visits and follow up on ongoing projects and inquiries.
  • Review BOQs, drawings, and specifications for accurate product recommendations.
  • Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely quotations, deliveries, and customer support.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project developments.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 3 years UAE experience in sales, business development, or technical roles within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction materials, systems, and project workflows.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience is an advantage.
  • Must have a UAE driving license and own car. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
