Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and key decision-makers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across UAE construction projects.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, presentations, and material submittals.
- Conduct regular site visits and follow up on ongoing projects and inquiries.
- Review BOQs, drawings, and specifications for accurate product recommendations.
- Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely quotations, deliveries, and customer support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project developments.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 3 years UAE experience in sales, business development, or technical roles within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, systems, and project workflows.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience is an advantage.
- Must have a UAE driving license and own car. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
