Business Development Executive – Software Sales

Experience:

  • Up to 3 years of experience in national/international sales preferably in software/technology products.

Education:

  • MBA/BBA from reputed university

Desired Competencies:

  • Excellent leadership and client management skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute sales strategy to meet revenue and market share goals.
  • Develop and maintain healthy relationships with clients.
  • Pursue business opportunities and strategic partnerships with existing and potential clients.
  • Develop sales collaterals for effective client engagements.
  • Collaborate with product teams to align offerings with customer needs.
  • Implement sales processes and tools for efficiency and scalability.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent customer experience.
  • Work with customer success to drive retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Align sales targets with financial projections and operational capacity.
  • Leverage data and customer insights to enhance sales and marketing strategies.
  • Report on sales performance, pipeline, and ROI to executives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
