Business Development Executive (Software Services)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive with a strong background in software services and proven success on platforms like Fiverr, Upwork, and Freelancer.

This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who excels at client acquisition, proposal writing, and closing deals in global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients for software services (web development, mobile apps, SaaS, etc.)
• Generate leads through Fiverr, Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Write compelling proposals and customize pitches based on client requirements
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT/software business development
• Proven track record on freelancing platforms (Fiverr, Upwork, etc.)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Solid understanding of software development services
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently

Compensation Structure

• Base Salary (depending on experience)
• Attractive Commission Per Project Closed
• Earn a percentage on each successfully closed deal
• Higher incentives for high-value or long-term projects
