Business Development Executive (Tele-Sales)

Job Summary

The Orchid School is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Officer (Telesale) to manage student inquiries, handle digital leads, and support enrollment growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting Meta and social media leads, managing inbound calls, counseling parents regarding admissions, and maintaining active engagement across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Admissions & Lead Management

  • Respond promptly to Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and website-generated leads.
  • Handle inbound calls and walk-in inquiries related to school admissions.
  • Provide detailed counseling to parents regarding curriculum, fee structure, and admission process.
  • Follow up with prospective parents to ensure lead conversion.
  • Maintain and update admissions data, inquiry logs, and follow-up records.

Marketing & Social Media

  • Manage and monitor the school’s social media pages.
  • Respond to queries, comments, and messages professionally and timely.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to post engaging content and promote school activities.
  • Support digital marketing campaigns aimed at increasing admissions.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with academic and administrative teams regarding seat availability and admission status.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly admissions and lead conversion reports.
  • Assist in organizing open houses, campus tours, and promotional events.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in admissions, sales, marketing, or customer service (preferably in the education sector).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience handling Meta leads and social media platforms.
  • Good follow-up skills and ability to achieve enrollment targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM systems (preferred).

Job Types: Contract, Internship, Fresher

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
