Business Development Executive- Total Facility Management

About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy, multi-faceted Sales & Business Development Executive to drive growth across our diverse service portfolio. If you are a "hunter" who thrives on closing deals and building long-term client relationships in the FM and Technology sectors, we want to hear from you.

You will be responsible for selling a comprehensive suite of solutions, ranging from essential facility maintenance to high-end IT infrastructure.

Our Service Portfolio

You will represent the company across three core verticals:

• Facility Care: Facade cleaning, water tank sanitization, and pest control.
• Hard FM & Systems: ELV Systems (CCTV, Access Control) and IT Infrastructure (Networking, Structured Cabling).
• Strategic Management: General Facility Management (FM) contracts for residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify and approach new B2B clients, including property managers, developers, and corporate offices.
• Site Surveys: Conduct initial site visits to assess client needs for cleaning or technical installations.
• Proposal Engineering: Prepare and present competitive quotes for both one-time jobs and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
• Relationship Management: Maintain a healthy pipeline and ensure high client retention through excellent service.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends in ELV systems and FM technology.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 2–5 years of sales experience in Facility Management, ELV systems, or Building Materials.
• Versatility: Ability to switch gears between selling technical IT solutions and essential cleaning services.
• Communication: Fluent in English with strong negotiation skills.
• Mobility: A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are highly preferred.
• Mindset: A self-starter who doesn't wait for leads to come to them.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
