Business Development Executive (Upwork)

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (Upwork) to join our dynamic team during the night shift. This role is essential for nurturing relationships through fresh leads, and converting prospects into quality sales. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for achieving targets.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
• Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities to build business relationships with current and potential clients.
• Identify, bid, and close deals on Upwork and other freelance platforms.
• Craft personalized and persuasive proposals tailored to client needs.
• Engage with potential clients through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams to scope out client requirements and develop custom solutions.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for leads, conversions, and revenue.
• Maintain a strong Upwork profile with consistent activity and positive ratings.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to improve strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven 2+ year experience working on Upwork or similar platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong understanding of sales and lead generation techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple bids and client communications simultaneously.
• Familiarity with IT services, software development, digital marketing, or design services is a plus.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred).
