Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive with experience in generating business via Upwork. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of online bidding, proposal writing, and the ability to identify new business opportunities IT.
Key Responsibilities:
● Identify potential clients and projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
● Generate new business through bidding on Upwork and submitting proposals.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
● Negotiate project terms and pricing with clients to close deals.
● Maintain a database of potential clients and projects, keeping track of communication and project statuses.
● Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
● Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to optimize bidding strategies.
Requirements:
● Fresh to 2 years of experience in business development via Upwork or other freelancing platforms.
● Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
● Strong understanding of the bidding process and proposal writing.
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple bids/projects simultaneously.
● Basic understanding of IT services, AI, and Web 3 (preferred).
Timings: 6 PM to 3 AM
Location: Islamabad (Onsite)
