Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Upwork Bidder located in Karachi Division. The Upwork Bidder will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and maintaining effective communication with clients. The role involves active engagement in business development activities to drive company growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Upwork bidder or freelancer in the software or web development space

• Solid understanding of development technologies such as front-end (HTML, CSS, JS), back-end (PHP, Node.js, etc.), and frameworks (React, Laravel, etc.)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Experience in client interaction, requirement gathering, proposal writing, and deal closure

• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet performance targets

• Familiarity with Upwork algorithms, profile optimization, and advanced job filtering strategies is a strong plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
