Position Overview:-
UTF Labs are looking for a Sales Engineer who combines technical expertise with strong sales skills to promote and sell advanced energy and resource management solutions. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in sales — preferably within the industrial technology sectors — and a keen interest in industrial process improvement and automation technologies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities across industrial sectors.
Conduct market research to explore target markets, potential clients, and emerging trends.
Generate leads and convert them into successful business relationships.
2. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and visits.
Understand client requirements, operational challenges, and provide customized technical solutions.
Serve as a key point of contact for customers during the entire sales cycle.
3. Technical Expertise
Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of energy monitoring, predictive maintenance, and industrial process optimization technologies.
Provide clients with clear, technically accurate explanations of product capabilities and benefits.
Work closely with the technical team to ensure solutions meet client specifications.
4. Sales Presentations & Proposals
Prepare and deliver engaging presentations, product demonstrations, and technical proposals.
Represent the company at trade shows, seminars, and industry networking events.
5. Sales Targets & Reporting
Achieve assigned sales and performance targets consistently.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Prepare periodic reports, forecasts, and feedback for management.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to develop sales materials, proposals, and promotional strategies.
Provide valuable market and customer insights to support product and service improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
2-3 years of experience in sales or business development within industrial sales
Understanding of IIoT or energy management systems will be a strong plus.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate technical features into customer value.
Proficiency in CRM software.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with field work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
