We are seeking the Sales Executive to promote and sell the company’s paint products within the assigned territory, achieve sales targets, and build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

· Achieve monthly and quarterly assigned sales targets.

· Develop new dealers and maintain relationships with existing ones.

· Ensure regular market visits to retailers, contractors, and project sites.

· Promote company products and ensure proper placement and visibility at outlets.

· Identify potential areas for business expansion and market growth.

· Build and maintain long-term relationships with dealers and distributors.

· Handle customer feedback and complaints.

Qualification & Requirements:

  • Graduation
  • 2 to 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the Paint / Construction / Building Material industry.
  • Strong understanding of dealer and distribution networks.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
