Experts Communication is looking for a Front Sales Associate – Design Sales to drive business growth and enhance client relationships. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in design sales, with strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills. This role requires expertise in client handling, business development, lead conversion, and sales strategy execution.

• Target: $5,000 – $10,000
• Salary: 100,000 – 200,000 PKR (based on skills & experience)
• Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi
• Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with timely follow-ups.
• Convert inbound and Bark-generated leads into successful sales.
• Make sales calls and promote the company’s design services.
• Identify upselling opportunities to maximize customer value.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing reports to management.
• Work closely with sales and design teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in front-end sales, preferably in web, design, or development services.
• Proven track record in consultative selling, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for achieving sales targets.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to overall growth.
• Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple clients effectively.
