Finance Executive (Female)

Job Summary:

The Finance Executive will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. This role supports strategic financial planning and ensures compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

In a real estate context, the Finance Executive will handle project-based financial analysis, monitor property sales and leasing transactions, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (banks, auditors, and developers).

Key Responsibilities:1. Accounting & Financial Management

  • Maintain accurate financial records for all real estate projects and company operations.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS) and company policies.

2. Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Assist in preparing annual budgets and project-specific financial forecasts.
  • Monitor actual vs. budgeted expenses and report variances to management.
  • Support cost control initiatives for construction, marketing, and administrative functions.

3. Cash Flow & Treasury Management

  • Monitor daily cash flow and manage fund requirements for ongoing projects.
  • Coordinate with banks for loan disbursements, repayments, and other facilities.
  • Manage escrow accounts related to RERA compliance and project funding.

4. Project Finance & Analysis

  • Prepare feasibility studies and ROI analysis for new property developments.
  • Track sales, collections, and cost of projects to ensure profitability.
  • Support due diligence for land acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnerships.

5. Taxation & Compliance

  • Handle GST, TDS, income tax filings, and other statutory requirements.
  • Liaise with auditors and ensure timely completion of statutory audits.
  • Maintain compliance with RERA, Companies Act, and other applicable regulations.

6. Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare MIS reports for management review.
  • Coordinate with departments such as Sales, Projects, and Legal for financial inputs.
  • Provide financial insights to aid strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com).
  • Professional qualification preferred: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance).
  • 2–6 years of experience in finance/accounting, preferably in the real estate or construction sector.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP / SAP / MS Excel and financial reporting tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
