Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) – Upwork Specialist who has proven experience in Upwork bidding, lead generation, and client conversion. The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with international clients and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Search, analyze, and bid on relevant projects on Upwork
  • Write customized and high-quality proposals
  • Communicate with international clients to understand requirements
  • Negotiate pricing, timelines, and close deals
  • Maintain CRM and follow up with prospects
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project delivery
  • Achieve monthly revenue and lead targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in Upwork business development
  • Proven track record of client acquisition on Upwork
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Understanding of digital marketing / IT services
  • Strong negotiation and client-handling skills
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹26,565.95 - ₹48,011.21 per month
