Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client visits.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Meet clients to present products/services, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and reports for management review.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely project execution and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and meetings to promote the company.
- Ensure timely follow-up with clients and maintain proper sales documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in [industry, e.g., Real Estate / Facility Management / Construction / Trading]).
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and client handling skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
