Business Development Executives

DH Solutions a global IT services, software development, and digital transformation company is expanding its Business Development team. We are looking for high-energy, target-driven, and client-focused Business Developers who can help us scale our operations across the USA, Canada, GCC, and Europe.

What You Will Do

As a Business Development Executive at DH Solutions, you will:

• Identify, qualify, and convert leads into paying clients
• Manage the complete sales cycle prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and closing
• Work with global clients across IT, SaaS, Web & Mobile Development, AI/ML, and eCommerce
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups
• Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines, and performance reports
• Collaborate with our technical & marketing teams to hit monthly KPIs

Required Skills & Experience

We’re looking for candidates who have:

• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition
• Strong communication skills with confidence in international client handling
• Proven experience in closing high-value clients
• Ability to understand client requirements and propose the right technical solutions
• Familiarity with Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms
• Having an Upwork Good Profile is a MAJOR advantage
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Self-driven, disciplined, and goal-oriented personality
