Job Title: Business Development Expert

Location: PGECHS , PIA Road Lahore

Job Type : Onsite , Full Time

Timings : 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

About the Role:

We at Code Analytics (Pvt) Ltd provide a wide range of digital solutions to businesses worldwide. Our services include web development, mobile app development, digital marketing, and more. We are looking for a highly dedicated and motivated skilled Business Development Outreach Specialist with experience of 1 – 2 years , who will be responsible for generating leads, building professional relationships, and driving business growth through LinkedIn and email outreach. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B communication, prospecting strategies, and sales funnels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute outreach campaigns on LinkedIn and through email to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Build and manage prospect lists aligned with target industries and business goals.
  • Personalize outreach messages and follow-ups to build genuine connections with prospects.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and optimize conversion rates.
  • Maintain detailed records of leads, conversations, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
  • Track outreach performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for business expansion.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and best practices in digital outreach and lead generation.

Requirements :

  • Bachelors Degree in Management, Business Studies , CS or related fields
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in B2B lead generation, sales outreach, or business development LinkedIn and email campaigns .
  • Proven experience in data digging and managing email deliverability strategies.
  • Proficiency in email automation tools is a plus .
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven experience in data digging and managing email deliverability strategies.
  • Experience in writing and winning bids on LinkedIn , Upwork is a major plus.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and identify trends.
  • Ability to craft compelling outreach messages and follow-ups that drive engagement.
  • Familiarity with cold outreach strategies, A/B testing, and data-driven optimization.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently or in teams.
