We are looking for a highly dedicated and motivated skilled Business Development Outreach Specialist with experience of 1 – 2 years , who will be responsible for generating leads, building professional relationships, and driving business growth through LinkedIn and email outreach. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B communication, prospecting strategies, and sales funnels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute outreach campaigns on LinkedIn and through email to identify and engage potential clients.
- Build and manage prospect lists aligned with target industries and business goals.
- Personalize outreach messages and follow-ups to build genuine connections with prospects.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and optimize conversion rates.
- Maintain detailed records of leads, conversations, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
- Track outreach performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for business expansion.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and best practices in digital outreach and lead generation.
Requirements :
- Bachelors Degree in Management, Business Studies , CS or related fields
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in B2B lead generation, sales outreach, or business development LinkedIn and email campaigns .
- Proven experience in data digging and managing email deliverability strategies.
- Proficiency in email automation tools is a plus .
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven experience in data digging and managing email deliverability strategies.
- Experience in writing and winning bids on LinkedIn , Upwork is a major plus.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and identify trends.
- Ability to craft compelling outreach messages and follow-ups that drive engagement.
- Familiarity with cold outreach strategies, A/B testing, and data-driven optimization.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently or in teams.
