To drive business growth in Facilities Management (Hard & Soft Services) by identifying new opportunities, preparing competitive technical proposals, and providing engineering expertise in MEP systems while ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
- Identify and pursue new FM (Hard Services) opportunities in Abu Dhabi market sectors (government, oil & gas, residential, commercial).
- Develop relationships with key clients such as ADNOC and Aldar Properties. Monitor and participate in tenders via Abu Dhabi Government Procurement Portal.
- Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and present service offerings.
- Technical & Proposal Management
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for: HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, FCUs) Electrical systems (LV/MV) Plumbing & drainage systems, Fire & life safety systems
- Conduct site surveys and asset verification.
- Develop Scope of Work (SOW), SLAs, KPIs, and maintenance strategies.
- Coordinate with accounts for costing, BOQs, and pricing.
Facilities Engineering (Hard & Soft Services)
- Provide technical support on MEP systems maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Implement preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance strategies. Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi authorities: ADDC Abu Dhabi Municipality Civil Defence Abu Dhabi Support mobilization and transition of new FM contracts.
- Client & Contract Management
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
- Ensure smooth handover to operations teams.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and repeat business.
- Health, Safety & Compliance Ensure compliance with UAE HSE standards and company policies.
- Prepare Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
- Ensure all activities comply with local authority regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 3–7 years of experience in Facilities Management (Hard Services) in UAE.
- Experience in business development, tendering, or technical sales is preferred.
