Sales Engineer

AIMMS Oil & Gas Equipment Inspection and Maintenance LLC is an Adnoc approved mechanical maintenance service provider HQed in Abu Dhabi, UAE and operating in KSA, India, and the UK. We are seeking a proven Sales Engineer with solid network from Oil & Gas, Marine, or Refinery industry within the Abu Dhabi region.

Major services : Corrosion protection, NDT services, Rope Access Services

Key Requirements:

✔ Minimum 3 years of UAE sales experience in Oil & Gas, Marine, or Refinery sectors.
✔ Mechanical Engineer experience in Oil & Gas and Marine industries, seeking to pursue a Sales Engineer role to utilize technical knowledge, explore business opportunities, and contribute to sales growth with strong motivation towards commission-based performance.
✔ Project execution experience in mechanical maintenance in any of the above industry is advantageous.
✔ Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Abu Dhabi region (Oil & Gas, Marine sectors, Plants & refineries, fair grounds etc..)
• Generate leads through cold calling, site visits, and networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the prospects from the above industry.
• On time submission of quotes and proposal.
• Follow up with clients to close sales and ensure repeat business
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
• Maintain CRM records for leads, opportunities, and client interactions
• Support project coordination between clients and internal teams
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings
• Provide technical consultation and tailored solutions to clients
