Al Aman Middle East Contracting, Scaffolds & Renting LLC is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Engineer to join our growing team. If you have experience in technical sales, excellent customer relationship skills, and knowledge of scaffolding and construction services, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction, industrial, and oil & gas sectors.
• Promote and sell scaffolding rental, contracting, and related services.
• Prepare quotations, tenders, proposals, and technical presentations.
• Conduct site visits to understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales.
• Coordinate with operations, procurement, and project teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Prepare sales reports, maintain customer records, and update the CRM/database.
• Handle administrative tasks including documentation, filing, correspondence, and report preparation.
• Support management with business development and market research activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field).
• Minimum 2–5 years of UAE experience in sales of scaffolding, construction, industrial equipment rental, or related industries.
• Strong technical and commercial understanding.
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
• Good administrative knowledge, including preparation of quotations, contracts, reports, and documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Knowledge of the UAE construction market is an advantage.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems is an advantage.
