  • Understanding of call center, business solutions outsourcing in Qatar
  • RFQ/RFP process and preparing submissions
  • costings for outsourcing opportunities
  • Current market trends and emerging opportunities
  • Undertake business development initiatives to penetrate the market with the BPO service offerings and promote the service offerings to existing and prospective clients a in Government, Semi-Government, and Private Sectors
  • Lead and deliver complex client engagements with operations team that would help identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for the clients
  • Provide an excellent customer service and determine the needs of the client to achieve continuous improvement and service excellence.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Build knowledge, on the industry and the business to identify opportunities
  • Examines risks and potentials for the business opportunities.
  • Own the business development activities and participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development for the BPO service offerings.
  • Undertake to improve productivity, product knowledge, and customer satisfaction through various initiatives and interventions being practiced by the BPO industry
  • Understanding of P&L in outsourcing industry
  • Networking with prospects/existing clients, market intelligence, and people management skills
  • The core responsibilities are not limited to the above.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR6,500.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Manpower Outsourcing: 2 years (Required)
