Role & responsibilities
Business Development & Client Management
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across sectors/regions.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Track upcoming tenders, manage pre-qualification submissions, and maintain a strong opportunity pipeline.
Sales, Marketing & Strategy
- Formulate sales strategies and marketing plans to expand market reach and revenue.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to align business goals with industry trends.
- Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and forums.
Techno-Commercial & Tendering Operations
- Oversee end-to-end bid management including pre-bid, tendering, and post-bid activities.
- Provide strategic inputs on bid positioning, pricing, and risk evaluation to ensure competitiveness.
- Coordinate with technical, finance, and legal teams for project evaluation and JV/MoU formation.
Team Leadership
- Lead, train, and motivate the BD team to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure high performance standards through effective guidance and monitoring.
Key Competencies:
