Role & responsibilities

Business Development & Client Management

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across sectors/regions.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Track upcoming tenders, manage pre-qualification submissions, and maintain a strong opportunity pipeline.

Sales, Marketing & Strategy

  • Formulate sales strategies and marketing plans to expand market reach and revenue.
  • Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to align business goals with industry trends.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and forums.

Techno-Commercial & Tendering Operations

  • Oversee end-to-end bid management including pre-bid, tendering, and post-bid activities.
  • Provide strategic inputs on bid positioning, pricing, and risk evaluation to ensure competitiveness.
  • Coordinate with technical, finance, and legal teams for project evaluation and JV/MoU formation.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, train, and motivate the BD team to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure high performance standards through effective guidance and monitoring.

Key Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of EPC/infrastructure business.
  • Expertise in tendering and government procurement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic, analytical, and result-oriented mindset.
