About the Role:

Mir Motion Graphics (MMG) is looking for a highly experienced and result-driven Business Development & Growth Manager who can take full ownership of business generation and revenue growth.

This is a senior-level role for someone who knows how to bring business, close deals, and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate business from LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Upwork, and other digital platforms

* Identify and convert local and international clients

* Reconnect with existing/old clients and generate repeat business

* Manage and optimize Upwork and LinkedIn profiles for consistent lead flow

* Handle complete client communication, negotiation, and deal closing

* Develop and execute business growth strategies

* Lead and manage the business development team

* Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure team productivity

* Apply and manage advanced sales techniques and lead generation systems

Requirements:

* Proven experience in Business Development / Sales / Growth

* Strong expertise in Upwork bidding, LinkedIn outreach, and social media lead generation

* Ability to close deals independently

* Experience in team management and leadership

* Excellent English communication & negotiation skills

* Highly professional, disciplined, and target-oriented
