Business Development Head

Kuala, India

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Head to lead growth in the building and construction sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2C sales, client relationship management, and market expansion within the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Drive customer acquisition and build strong relationships with contractors, architects, builders, and individual clients.
  • Manage customer accounts and ensure excellent service and satisfaction.
  • Identify new market opportunities and keep track of industry trends.
  • Guide and motivate the sales team to achieve maximum performance.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Civil Engineering (MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years of proven experience in B2C sales (building & construction industry preferred).
  • Strong professional network within the construction ecosystem in Kerala.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate, close sales, and manage key customer accounts.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
