Business Development Head

Our client is a leading fintech company specializing in online trading services. With a focus on innovation and cutting-edge technology, they provide a comprehensive platform for investors to engage in various financial markets. As part of their expansion strategy, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Head to drive growth and spearhead business development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the BD team to expand local channels and discover market cooperation opportunities to achieve continuous growth and permanent expansion within the market.
• Responsible for user acquisition and formulating and executing relevant growth plans.
• Develop strategies to build and grow the number of platform users.
• Establishing partnerships with various private and governmental institutions according to the company's needs.
• Establishing contracts with social influencers at home and abroad.
• Concluding contracts with local and international websites and advertising networks.
• Responsible for market research and building MIS system.
• Manage and assess the BD team and be responsible for its performance.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of the stock market with actual experience of trading in the stock market. (It's a plus)
• At least 5 years of experience in business development.
• A large network of relationships in various sectors, especially the financial market, technology, media, social media, and advertising.
• Experience in drafting agreements and moving things forward.
• Excellent level of English writing and speaking.
• Tactful, open-minded and a good negotiator.
• Preferred Saudi citizen
